It is said to include 5 weeks of hell which consists of sleep deprivation, long marches, and arms training. If they pass these trainings, they then do their diving and parachute training as this country has all the perfect spots for intense training.
The soldiers are thrown into the extreme spots in the jungles and even left on mountains. A soldier from Marcos said that they did the course with the navy seals with a lot of ease during their exchange program.

In, order to join this force you must have 2 years in the Pakistani armed force, 9 months of special training you must also be able to do a 36-mile arch in hours. These soldiers are always at high risk throughout most of their careers as the borders of this country are always on high alert.
